Nap Session

Naps are proven to help reduce sleep deprivation, improve performance and increase alertness. Our nap sessions include a relaxing, private space with memory foam mattress, noise-canceling headphones with your choice of nature or calming music and an optional weighted blanket. Virtual Reality Guided Relaxation

Need a minute to escape your everyday? Try viewing green mountains, snow covered hills or a beachfront landscape using a Virtual Reality headset. You can choose to be guided through a relaxation exercise or just look at the peaceful surrounding while hearing soft music. Immerse yourself in beauty and discover your own serenity. Try coupling this experience by laying on our warm, infrared biomat, so your body benefits as well as your mind.

Light-Touch Therapy

This Light-Touch Therapy session (Reiki, Quantum Touch, etc.) is a combination of non-invasive modalities for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Reiki has proven results in hospitals (such as The Touchstone Process study). One may feel a sense of peace, feel physically lighter and a sense of connectedness after a session.
